IPToilet® is designed and manufactured by Altersoft Innovations India Pvt. Ltd., a company focused on smart public toilets, modular public sanitation infrastructure and IoT-enabled sanitation solutions.
Headquartered in Aluva, Kerala, with a manufacturing facility in Palakkad, Altersoft develops and manufactures factory-built sanitation systems designed for the practical requirements of modern public sanitation infrastructure.
Founded by Stanly George, a pioneer in automation and holder of a patent for an automated self-cleaning toilet system, Altersoft developed IPToilet® by applying automation and engineering to the everyday challenges of public toilet management.
The IPToilet® platform combines automated self-cleaning, touch-free operation, intelligent controls, durable stainless-steel construction and IoT-enabled remote monitoring. Its factory-built approach allows the units to be manufactured and tested under controlled conditions before being transported to the project site, helping simplify installation and maintain consistent quality.
Today, more than 600 IPToilet® units are deployed across 15 Indian states, supported by a network of trained and authorised partners across India for local service, maintenance and client support.

IPToilet® 1010
Single Premium Unit
Automated
The IPToilet® 1010 is a fully automated single-cubicle smart public toilet designed around a compact 1200 × 1200 mm internal layout. Its automated operation, SS316 perforated floor assembly and integrated self-cleaning system are designed to maintain hygiene with minimal manual intervention. The single-unit configuration makes it a practical solution where one dedicated, fully automated toilet facility is required.
The IPToilet® 1020 provides two fully automated toilet cubicles, with each cubicle offering a 1200 × 1200 mm internal space. The twin-cubicle configuration increases toilet capacity while retaining the automated cleaning, flushing and monitoring capabilities of the Premium Series. It is suited to projects where greater user capacity is required without moving to a larger multi-cubicle toilet block.
The IPToilet® 1030 is a fully automated Premium toilet with a larger 2100 × 1200 mm internal layout. The additional internal space provides a more spacious accessible configuration compared with the standard single-cubicle model. It combines automated sanitation systems with the durable SS316 floor and SS304 interior construction of the Premium Series, providing a robust solution where accessibility and user space are important considerations.

The IPToilet® Economy Series provides cost-effective modular toilet solutions for projects requiring durable construction and practical sanitation infrastructure. The range includes both automated and non-automated configurations, allowing projects to select the level of automation appropriate to their operational requirements.
The Economy Series is available in different single- and double-cubicle configurations, with two interior sizes to accommodate varying space requirements. Non-automated models are designed for facilities where cleaning and routine maintenance are managed by dedicated on-site personnel.

Single Economy — Compact
Automated & Non-automated
The IPToilet® 1011 is the compact single-cubicle model in the Economy range, with a 900 × 1200 mm internal layout. It is available in both automated and non-automated configurations, allowing the operating model to be selected according to project requirements. Its compact footprint provides a practical option where space efficiency and cost control are key considerations.
The IPToilet® 1012 combines two compact 900 × 1200 mm toilet cubicles within a single modular unit. Available in both automated and non-automated configurations, it provides increased user capacity while retaining the compact dimensions of the Economy format. This configuration can help accommodate higher usage than a single toilet without requiring the larger internal dimensions of the 1022 model.
The IPToilet® 1021 is a larger single-cubicle Economy model with a 1200 × 1200 mm internal space. It is available with either automated or non-automated operation, giving projects flexibility in how the facility is managed. The larger cubicle provides additional internal space compared with the compact 1011 configuration while maintaining the cost-focused design of the Economy Series.
The IPToilet® 1022 provides two 1200 × 1200 mm toilet cubicles in a larger double-cubicle Economy configuration. With automated and non-automated options, the model can be adapted to different operational and maintenance arrangements. It provides increased capacity and larger individual cubicle dimensions for projects requiring a balance between user space, capacity and cost.
IPToilet® Toilet Blocks provide multiple toilet cubicles within a single factory-built modular structure. They are available in automated and non-automated configurations, with options for Ladies, Gents or specific Gents configurations with urinals.

Triple Economy Toilet Block
Automated & Non-automated
The IPToilet® BL 3 combines three 1200 × 1200 mm toilet cubicles within a single modular structure. It can be configured for either Ladies or Gents use and is available in automated and non-automated versions. The three-cubicle arrangement provides a scalable alternative to deploying multiple standalone toilet units, while the factory-built structure supports faster installation.
The IPToilet® BL 6 provides six 1200 × 1200 mm toilet cubicles with a shared passage within one modular structure. It can be configured for Ladies or Gents use and is available in automated and non-automated versions. The larger configuration is intended for projects requiring substantially greater toilet capacity within a single factory-built facility.
The IPToilet® BL 3+5 combines three toilet cubicles with five Gents urinals and a shared passage in one modular sanitation block. The configuration increases the number of simultaneous users that can be accommodated by combining conventional toilet cubicles with dedicated urinal facilities. It is available in both automated and non-automated configurations.
The IPToilet® Pathway Model combines a public toilet with a 2 m × 2 m commercial shop in a single modular structure. It is available with Premium and Economy toilet configurations.
The integrated commercial space can support revenue-generating activities that can contribute towards the operation and maintenance of the sanitation facility.

The Pathway 1010 integrates a fully automated single Premium toilet with a 2 m × 2 m commercial shop within one modular structure. The combination brings together public sanitation and a dedicated commercial space, creating an opportunity for the site to support both public utility and revenue-generating activity. The Premium toilet configuration adds automated sanitation and monitoring capabilities to the Pathway format.
The Pathway 1011 combines a single Economy toilet with a 2 m × 2 m commercial shop in one factory-built modular structure. The toilet can be configured for automated or non-automated operation, providing flexibility based on the site's management model. The integrated commercial space adds a potential revenue-generating function alongside the sanitation facility.
The Pathway 1012 combines a double Economy toilet configuration with a 2 m × 2 m commercial shop. With two 900 × 1200 mm toilet cubicles and automated or non-automated operating options, it provides greater toilet capacity while retaining the commercial component of the Pathway concept. This configuration is designed to combine sanitation infrastructure with a dedicated space for revenue-generating commercial activity.
